1. Journeyman

Job Type: Full-Time, Local Sites & Regional Travel

Pay Range: Starting at $48.00/hour minimum, depending on experience

Roles & Responsibilities: 

This position reports to the Foreman

Completes installation of products and services

Resolves and troubleshoots issues

Prioritizes, organizes and efficiently completes tasks to meet deadlines

Works in a variety of environments; indoors, outdoors, tight spaces, elevated

Travels to various client sites, overnight stays as needed

Navigates a variety of terrains managing tools and equipment

Works well independently and in collaboration with others

Strives to provide the best customer experience every day

Be willing to mentor other team members and promote a positive work culture

Other duties as needed

Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license; Class A CDL required
Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to learn and operate testing equipment and software/programs

Ability to utilize hand tools, identify wire size/color and accurately utilize measuring devices

Ability to carry, climb, operate, and work upon an extension ladder (30 feet high and 75 pounds)

Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 75% of the time

Ability to build 3-phase, single-phase powerlines, and transformer banks

Ability to safely work and navigate various terrains, managing equipment, safety equipment and tools

Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
